How It Works:

1. The container is filled with the product and capped with a lid that has an aluminum foil liner inside.
2. The container passes under the induction sealer, which emits an electromagnetic field.
3. The aluminum foil absorbs the electromagnetic energy, generating heat.
4. The heat melts the polymer coating on the underside of the foil, bonding it to the container’s rim.
5. Once cooled, the seal adheres firmly to the container, creating a secure closure.
