Description
An aluminum foil induction sealer is a device used to seal containers, such as bottles or jars, with a layer of aluminum foil. This process creates a tamper-proof and leak-proof seal that ensures product freshness and safety. Here’s a brief overview:
- High-speed sealing for large-scale production lines.
- Settings such as sealing time, power levels, and conveyor speed can be adjusted for different container sizes and materials.
- Compatible with a wide range of container shapes, sizes, and materials, including glass and plastic with aluminum foil liners.
How It Works:
- The container is filled with the product and capped with a lid that has an aluminum foil liner inside.
- The container passes under the induction sealer, which emits an electromagnetic field.
- The aluminum foil absorbs the electromagnetic energy, generating heat.
- The heat melts the polymer coating on the underside of the foil, bonding it to the container’s rim.
- Once cooled, the seal adheres firmly to the container, creating a secure closure.
Applications:
Induction sealing is widely applied for juices, sauces, tablets, oil, engine oil, lotion, cream, liquid and powder product.
