The automatic packaging machine is equipped with an HMI system that enables real-time monitoring and control of machine operations. The HMI is integrated with a web-based platform, allowing production data to be accessed remotely.

Any product rejected during operation is automatically detected and recorded. Reject data is transmitted from the HMI to the website, and if the connection fails or data is not accepted, it is classified as a website reject.

All reject quantities are automatically recorded and stored in a data logger system. The data logger collects information such as:

• Total reject quantity

• Time and date of rejection

• Machine status during reject
